Case Studies.
Find out more about some of our previous live-streams below!
Scribefest.
For the second year of Scribefest, Norwich Live-Streaming were asked to assist in producing and streaming a full 5 hour live-show. This feature live-Zoom interactions, a full studio multi-cam set up, music, pre-recorded videos, polls and more! We also had Jackie Weaver as the keynote speaker, Zoom calling into the show live and taking a Q&A too.
Swimming Gala.
Santa's Splash & Dash 2021 was held at UEA Sportspark in December 2021. As spectators weren’t allowed in the venue, Norwich Live-Streaming were bought in to stream the full day with live timers, multiple cameras and scoreboards.
UEA London Lectures.
UEA asked us if we could live-stream Professor Ben Garrod’s London Lecture whilst walking around campus… and we said yes! Featuring a camera roaming around UEA and then a sit down multi-cam interview, all streamed live to YouTube. Take a look at the video where Prof Ben Garrod lectures on making science ’user-friendly’, and how UEA is at the forefront.
Norwich Pride.
This year saw the thirteenth Norwich Pride streamed live from Norwich Puppet Theatre! An entire day full songs, laughs, charm, glitter, and incredibly sour puns. A mix of pre-recorded content, live Zoom call panels and an in person live show hosted by official Pride Diva, Titania Trust. Norwich Live-Streaming worked closely with Norwich Pride to produce the best show possible, featuring 4 live cameras, lighting, live graphics and more!
“Thank you so so much! The whole Norwich Live-Streaming team are fantastic. The high standard, work ethic, can-do attitude and giving nature ensured the event went smoothly and professionally. Including the quality of the stream all day and the show in the afternoon – lots of great feedback.
I really do appreciate it and of course it would be great to work with NLS again on another project!”
Norwich Science Festival.
This year, Norwich Science Festival looked a little different! People around the world tuned in to experiments, dissections and much more! Norwich Live-Streaming were bought in to stream a talk about chimps and an alligator dissection! With a combined total viewing figure of over 4000, the online events were a huge success!
“Norwich Live-Streaming helped us to take Norwich Science Festival online this year and we were absolutely delighted by the service they provided; from excellent customer service and communication, to seamless set-up and delivery. They were a total pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for live-streaming services. We now have the confidence to offer more online content and look forward to working with Norwich Live-Streaming in the future – they were fantastic!”
Start Up Cycle.
Organised in partnership with SyncTheCity, Interreg 2Seas, Norwich BID and UEA, 70 talented people gathered in a circus tent in the middle of Chapelfield Gardens, to tackle the 48-hour #StartUpCycle challenge. Their mission was to create businesses from scratch that could help industries in Norwich convert their waste streams into income streams. Norwich Live-Streaming produced and ran a 3 camera live-stream with Q&As, presentations and live Zoom call interactions.
Making Musicians.
Based at Norwich School, Making Musicians is for singers and instrumentalists both from within the school and the wider community. Musicians participate in recitals designed specifically to nurture young performers and compers. Due to the pandemic, these recitals needed to be publicised online. Norwich Live-Streaming were bought in to live-stream and pre-record performances to be shared via the Norwich School YouTube channel.
“Norwich Live-Streaming provided the ideal solution for us to record and broadcast live musical performances of our pupils, a new venture for us as a school. They worked with us in the planning stages to ensure that the event on the day went seamlessly and were able to adapt to our needs. Well-equipped, efficient and knowledgeable, the NLS team were a pleasure to work with and we are delighted with how the recorded material has turned out. We look forward to continuing to work with them for our future events.”
